Google Tour Creator



Looking for a fun way to share 360-degree images in a tour-type style? Look no more. Google Tour Creator has you covered! This is an easy and free way to build tours with already existing (or your own) 360-degree images. All you need to do it go to vr.google.com/tourcreator and get started. It is easy and anyone can do it!







Create your own tour:

1. Go to google.com/tourcreator.

2. Click “Get Started”.





3. Click the “+ New Tour” button.





4. Complete the Title, Description, and choose the Category for your tour. You will need to have a Cover Photo in order to publish your tour. Then click “Create”.





5. Click “Add Scene” and Google Maps will open in Tour Creator.





6. Type in a location and click on available 360-degree images. You can also upload your own if you have them (use any app like Google Street View app on your mobile device to create them). Click “Add Scene” and fill in any details you want, including Points of Interest with descriptions! Then click “Add Scene” to add another!





7. Create as many as you wish to share your story! Then click the “Publish” button and choose how to share (Public or unlisted)!





8. Share the link and you are all done!




Think of all the ways you and students can use this! Literature Groups, Historical locations, Art/Buildings, Landforms, etc… The list is almost endless, as long as you can find/create a 360-degree image! Get in and start CREATING!
